1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using the premium interface library at Premium-UI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you are prohibited from licensing or using the library.

2. License Grant

Under our active annual subscription model, we grant you a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to integrate all Premium-UI component layouts and physical source code structures into your own commercial SaaS applications, customer web projects, and software products.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, bundle, re-license, or sub-license the Premium-UI source code files or registries as separate standalone templates, components packages, UI frameworks, or design systems. The core source files must remain encapsulated within compiled end-user applications.

4. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Licensing access is provided as an annual subscription of $50/year. Your subscription automatically renews each year until canceled via your accountless billing link or by contacting our payment partner customer gateway.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Premium-UI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including merchantability, title, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular software operation.
