Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital goods (immediate access to copy-pasteable vanilla React/Tailwind TSX source codes), we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is successfully processed and the raw Premium Access Token is delivered.
However, if you experience technical errors or are unable to retrieve your cryptographic access key after checkout, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a full manual refund.
2. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal
You can cancel your Premium-UI annual subscription ($50/year recurring) at any time. When you cancel, your access to premium updates and source-code retrieval endpoints remains active for the remainder of your currently paid billing period.
No renewal charges will be billed to your card after cancellation. You can cancel by clicking the unsubscribe link on your recovery receipts or by contacting support.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via our secure billing aggregator, Paystack, within 5 to 10 bank business days.
