Premium-UI Software Usage Agreement
By purchasing a premium annual subscription or utilizing the free components provided by Premium-UI, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable product usage license. This is a license agreement, not an assignment of ownership or intellectual property.
What You Are Allowed To Do
- ✔Use the components in unlimited personal projects.
- ✔Use the components in unlimited commercial software/SaaS products.
- ✔Use the components for paid client projects and freelance work.
- ✔Modify, restyle, change, and customize the component source code to fit your application's exact requirements.
What You Are Strictly Prohibited From Doing
- ✘You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the component library (or any customized derivations of it) as a standalone asset, zip, template, or kit.
- ✘You may not bundle or host our components on any public website, platform, or registry as a competing component library collection.
- ✘You may not publicly redistribute the premium source code in any shape or form that enables unauthorized developers to copy it.
- ✘You may not sublicense the component source code to others as a development tool product.
Active Subscription & Entitlement
Your license to use the premium components requires an active yearly subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or expires, you may continue to use the components already integrated into your existing projects. However, you will lose access to the premium library catalog, fresh premium code copies, and future component releases.
Disclaimer of Warranty
PREMIUM-UI COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
